Worth it. As much as I whinge about Hayden, seeing her on a gigantic screen was blissful.

---------

That said, this movie is absolute shite.

No sense of its own identity, no actual plot direction, dreadful dialogue, shots, timing... The surprisingly good lead performances fell miles short of saving this miserable excuse for a film from itself.

But we did get a split second of naked Hayden sideboob!

7 bucks! Where the hell can you see a movie for 7 bucks?
rick
Oh, I'm sure some hole-in-the-wall cheapie theatre wherever the golden republic is... real theatres charge $10+, of course. And considering where you are, that PLUS is a fair bit

I just mostly go to matinée shows when it's balls hot outside. Matinée shows = 7.25. After 5pm = 10.50. It's the same movie with less of a crowd, and no hole-in-the-wall theater either.

Oh and the Golden Republic = California

Matinée shows here run $8.99 (same as "weekday" shows) ... Fri~Sun evening showings run $11.99.

I used to go to a cinemas in Toronto that showed "art" films for $6 a pop. I also went to cinemas in Toronto that were "VIP" and charged upwards of $20 a seat. All relative, I guess.

I've heard of $2-$3 "cheapie" theatres in some major US cities (such as Tampa)... thought this might be a price-increase on some of these... meh.
