I saw this when it first aired, and still can't believe it happened. The Manager and her fiancee/boyfriend both should go to jail for a long time, and the girl and her family should sue them both for millions. It's ridiculous that something like this can happen. Common sense would tell them to stop at some point. Just ludicrous.

Until we can find out or understand how possible it is for someone to manipulate you over the phone, I don't think we should be so quick to completely villify the two.

The sheer number of people who have complied suggests that people CAN be very easily persuaded to do things they normally woouldn't, even over the phone, or that there are a LOT of perverted small town managers.
