That BMI chart always puts me at the higher end of healthy weight (23) but I am FAR from being overweight. Most would catagorize me as skinney. that thing can't be all that reliable. If I was 135 pounds I'd just be skina and bones. (I'm 5'7, 150 lbs)

Yeah, well i'm not sure how interesting a 5 member forum would be. The only active thread would be the girls discussing how much they hate girls who show their tits. So, I think it's good that the guys are chiming in. As long as they stay in line of course. Which is what us moderators are here for.
As far as the no excuse for being fat. That's absoultely true. Fuck people who complain about bad genes and the media. Whatever your genes are, there is a certain amount of calories your body matabolizes everyday so you can live. After that, the rest can be stored. If you are one of the unlucky people with bad genes. Then you cannot eat snacks. No cookies. No burgers. No fries. No juices (it's just extra calories cuz u'r thirsty, want OJ? eat an orange). No pizza. You don't need it, and it's not healthy anway. Eat little, and eat healthy. If you don't want to give up good tasting food, or you don't want to count calories, then don't bitch about how 'skanky' the attractive girls are, or how those dudes are meatheads. Weight is simply a number, and usually a very deceiving number. BMI is an even more deceiving number. I'm nearly overweight according to that list and I'm generally considered a twig, so I don't know how much of that I believe.
