I did something last night I rarely ever do. I fucked up a batch of cookies.
My GF kept bugging me to make cookies and I found a new recipe - so I tried it. The bad part from the start was I didnt have a mixer or beater of any kind. I was fucked from the start - they became flat and too soft. I have no fucking idea why. --------------------  |

I thought about that - it WAS humid - but not in the Condo, the air was on and it was pretty comfortable.

Cookies can sense outside temperature as well as elevation. Just because you made the air bearable or comfortable for yourself, the cookies may not have liked it.
