#1 - Slacker work-ethic.
Whoever hired her is not getting their money's worth. It seems as though she is spending most of her time posing, rather than working. I certainly hope she is not getting paid by the hour.
#2 - Misusage of painter's tape.
Supplies cost money. The money this chick is wasting just standing around and posing is bad enough, but to take things a step further, now she is wasting a precious commodity for painters. The masking tape! It is to be applied to surfaces that you want to keep from being painted, but alas, she is wearing it.
#3 - Unsafe use of company equipment.
OSHA would not approve. Once again, whoever hired her better take heed, and have a good insurance policy! The way she is dangerously dangling herself off the step ladder, and looking off balance is a huge liability. I wish she would just do what she was hired to do and stop taking risks!
And, finally,
#4 - Inappropriate work attire.
Everyone wants to be comfortable at work. But, come on, there's got to be a line drawn. Bright colors, specifically red, can often show aggression, albeit, the blue can often come through as a sign of trustworthiness. From the photos we can't tell what day of the week it is, but unless it's casual Friday, or after hours (nights, weekend), then her attire could be seen as a huge faux pas.
So what do you think? Even with all the negatives, do you see any positives coming from hiring this woman?
